The Board of Directors is comprised of a five member executive committee and the commissioner for each of the sponsored athletic programs.

SCVAA board meetings are open to the public and are held the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the George W. Olsen Construction Building, 1902 S. Greeley Street in Stillwater, MN. Please contact the President or Secretary in advance to ensure there is room on the Agenda for a given meeting if you wish to present.
