If you're already a SportsEngine parent and your children are listed under your Household, follow these steps to troubleshoot registration issues:
Check Your Household Details
Log in to your SportsEngine account.
Navigate to your Household tab.
Make sure your child’s date of birth is correctly entered under their profile.
Incorrect or missing birthdates can prevent the system from assigning the correct registration options.
Still Having Issues? Clear Your Browser Cache
Sometimes your browser’s cache can cause forms or pages to load incorrectly.
Clear your history and cache (but DO NOT remove saved passwords).
Close your browser, reopen it, and try again.
